Shipping & Returns

Orders: Once you have placed your order, we will package and post your item to the address specified during your purchase. Please note that we cannot accept any responsibility for address mistakes. We ask that you check the address before completing your payment. 

Dispatch and Delivery: You will receive an email confirming your order has been received. Please allow 3-5 days for stock item orders to be processed and dispatched, although we do aim to process orders quicker, this allows time for it to be picked and packed. Note: Due to the current circumstances surrounding the Corona virus, dispatch is not being done daily.

Delivery: The Melty Wax Co currently uses Royal Mail to send our parcels. If delivery has exceeded 10 days from confirmation of dispatch then please get in touch at themeltywaxco@gmail.com so it can be looked into.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your items, provided the product is in original condition and the packaging has not been opened, used or damaged then you will be entitled to a full refund once goods are received back with us. 

Damaged Goods:

Goods are thoroughly inspected before dispatch, but should you receive an item that is damaged or you are not satisfied with then please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, providing your order number, any photos and other information that may be relevant so this can be actioned.
